Quick and thorough boot cleaning


To achieve the thorough cleaning of boots and soles, special equipment needs installing before each entrance to production areas. Cleaning then takes place in two steps. First, coarse soiling is removed by rotating brush rollers. Soiling on profiled soles is especially difficult to remove.


Removal can be improved by simultaneous spraying with a cleaning solution. The second step is rinsing with water. The entire process generally takes just 5 to 10 seconds, with little interruption to work procedures.
