Spray Disinfection for knife holder module type 22400

Germ infection occurring during the storage of the individual working tools after the end of work is fast and effectively reduced before entering the production area. After completion of the mechanical / chemical cleaning of the knife holders, the degree of degermination of the individual working tools directly coming into contact with the food is optimized by spraying on a disinfectant.

The spray disinfection module type 22240, is especially designed for disinfecting knife holders on a continuous basis.  Via a micro processor control system the disinfectant quantity can be individually adapted to the internal conditions of the plant. The spray disinfection module can be easily combined with all modular ITEC Hygiene Stations and can be integrated into the flow of the personnel at the entrance to the production area.
