Knife Holder Cleaning Machine type 22560

The machine is designed for cleaning ITEC knife holders type 22240 and 22200 in a continuous process. Also, it is possibly to clean POM cutting boards.

The machine consists of 4 sections:

  • Loading track
  • Cleaning
  • Rinse
  • Buffer zone

The knife holder is conveyed via a stainless steel hinged chain. Adjustable guardrails allow the products to pass through safely. This ensures optimal cleaning of the knife holder from all sides via the cleaning nozzles specially adjusted to the product. At a transport speed of 2.6 m / min, an average of 14 ITEC knife holders of type 22240 can be cleaned per minute.

The machine has a water tank with a volume of approx. 270 litre. The cleaning water is heated with 2 x 5 kW radiators to max. 43°C. The rinse is carried out with 82°C fresh water (on site).

Two drawers with removable fine-pored sieves ensure optimal machine hygiene.

Options:

  • Steam heating in with steam injector
  • Heating via heat exchangers
  • Individual adjustment of the infeed and outfeed conveyor
