Wall-mounted Panel for drying Boots & Clogs

ITEC drying panels are suitable for drying boots, clogs and shoes. They consist of a tubular frame which is provided with holders for the storage of boots or clogs. Warm air is conducted through the tubular frame and released into the boot or clog through openings in each holder. The optimal positioning of the air outlet nozzle ensures air circulation. The capacity of the drying panels ranges from 5 to 50 pairs.

Drying is carried out either with warm air or additionally with ozone disinfection. With ozone disinfection, the warm air is led past a UV lamp. Ozone is created by the ultraviolet radiation and the oxygen contained in the air. The ozone-containing air causes bacteria, fungi and viruses to be reduced. The ozone molecule is unstable and evaporates after release into the footwear (half-life approx. ½ h). Of course, the amount of ozone produced does not exceed the maximum permissible occupational exposure limit. Drying panels with ozone disinfection reduce odors more clearly than panels without ozone. The additional killing of germs prevents diseases.

 

A digital timer enables the programming of 16 different switching times. In addition, a separate weekly setting can be made by forming different blocks. This enables precise programming of the drying time, which minimizes energy consumption. The operating status of the drying panel is visualized by an LED display.
A drying cycle lasts approx. 30-45 minutes, depending on the humidity in the footwear.
