Cleaning & Sterilization Machine type 22580 and 22581

The cleaning and sterilization machine type 22580/22581 cleans and disinfects up to 36 personalized, equipped knife holders including safety gloves, or 20 stab protection aprons or various cutting inserts. Pre-cleaning is not necessary.

Each carrier is served by a modified carriage, which is moved through the machine by a horizontal conveyor in the so-called pilgrim step process.

Two possible machine variants are used to optimally adapt the internal workflow.

Type 22580

  • One-sided carriage pick-up and deliver

Type 22581

  • Carriage pick-up from left (unclean area) delivery from the right (clean area)

The work tool devices are targeted several times over special nozzle system by means of impurities, long-lasting and effective rotors and subjected to a particularly intensive cleaning.

By minimizing internal handling and eliminating cleaning times among the specialist staff involved in the slaughtering and carving process, more time is available to concentrate on production.

Centralizing the cleaning process means that responsibility for hygiene is shifted onto specially trained cleaning staff, which in turn means maximum standards of hygiene.

The machine parameters can be optimally adapted to meet internal needs by means of a freely programmable SPS control system.

  • Steam heating with steam injector
  • Heating via heat exchangers
  • Hot water generation for rinsing
  • Left/right version for housing alignment
